3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing and written confirmation.

Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled except where required by law.

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Purchases are for personal collection only and not for commercial resale without written permission.

Prices are shown in the selected currency and may change without notice.

Prices exclude taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

We are not responsible for bank or payment gateway processing delays.

5. SHIPPING & RISK

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather, or events beyond our control.

Ownership and risk transfer to you upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.

Studio De Elysian operates independently.

Shopify is not responsible for transactions, artworks, shipping, or disputes.

You release Shopify from liability relating to purchases made through our store.
