Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Each artwork is prepared and packed individually.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Commissioned works may require additional time, which will be communicated separately.

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship artworks across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • artwork size and weight
  • destination
  • insurance (if applicable)

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Artwork Care

All artworks are packed with care using protective materials suitable for fine art transport.

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the artwork has been handed over to the courier service, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer.

Studio De Elysian is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by courier services
  • customs processing delays
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the package and artwork (if damaged)

We will assist in evaluating the issue and determining the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Studio De Elysian is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Reshipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
